Scorination and Formulas

CURRENTLY USED
NSFootySim is currently used to scorinate the matches. From match day 15 until the end of Balida Futball League 5028, the matches will be entered as single fixtures and scorinated by day. Afterwards, the league will be scorinated as a normal league in NSFootySim with only 2 match days being posted on the site each day.

Ranks
The rank setting is set to 1-10. This number is decided by the following formula.
(((current season wins x 3) + (current season draws x 2) + current season loses) + ((previous season wins x 3) + (previous season draws x 2) + previous season loses))) + (current season RP points) +(previous season RP points / 2.5))

PREVIOUSLY USED!
This method stopped being in use after match day 14 of Balida Futball League 5028.

For the scores I use a the DISTRICT IX scorination process which I've used in other leagues such as eSoccer on ERepublik earlier this year. This scorination process uses two spreadsheets. One is for recording the results of matches, keeping the league tables, and keeping records from seasons and overall stats about the teams. The other spreadsheet is used for the rosters for each team and the Top 20 Goal Scorer list.

Player Rank
The player rank is the base of this process. Each player is given a value between 0-10 which can be explained as their skill level, or the form they are in. Obviously the higher rank they have, the more they will be useful to their team. It will also make the player more likely to score(compaired to the others on his team). If a player is moved to a position they normally don't play, they loose 1 or 2 player ranks. If it is within the same area, they only loose one, but moving them to another section of play completely will make them loose two. For example, a Striker moving to Center Forward position is still in the Forward area. So they only loose one. On the other hand, a Striker moving to Left Midfeild will loose 2 player ranks because he is moving from the Forward area to the Midfeild area.

Player Form
A players form is randomly decided after each game. Each player is given a value, either -1, 0, or 1. That value is added or subtracted from their player rank. The chances of a player being in bad enough form for him to go from a 10 to a 2 in one season is very unlikely, but still possible. This is why coaches should try to sub out players with bad for for players on the bench that might be doing well and a better player rank now.

Team Rank
The team rank is based on the starting line-up's player ranks. All the player ranks are added together and then divided by 20 to make the team rank. This usually comes out to between 3-6 for the team rank and the most possible is 6.

Match Results
The match results are done using a random number generator to begin with. The possible points range between 0-8 and most common are 0-5 points. After the random numbers are decided, the team ranks are compaired. The lower team rank is subtracted from the higher one. Whatever the result is, is then taken away from the weaker team's score(unless it's zero, then it is added to the stronger team's score).

Roleplaying
Players are allowed to roleplay just as they can in the NS Sports forum. The roleplays are posted as replies to the Articles in the "Balida Star News." RP points co-ordinate with the players on the teams' forms. (Form increases are handed to a random player on the starting line up. unless all 10's, then it's given to a sub.) I'm not going to disclose exactly what goes on with RPing, that way the players aren't RPing just to help boost their team.
